Our Story

Eclipse Studios is an independent design studio based in Liverpool, UK. In 2018, Andrew Nickson founded the studio with a vision of using his background in graphic design to offer unique, high-quality book covers with a contemporary feel to self-published authors at an affordable cost.

After seeing self-published authors often faced with a decision between settling for a cheap, lower-quality book cover and spending far more than they budgeted for to get a cover they were happy with, Andrew saw an opportunity to offer something different.

Our ethos is simple: we strive to work with our clients to design beautiful, unique book covers that work for their budget.
